HR Manager :
Exp - 6-9 years in a positive and productive work environment. .
Job Requirements:
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Software test developer:
Exp - 1-4 years in manual testing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working experience in Selenium, Appium, WebDriver, etc.- Hands on in setting up the Automation framework for UI from scratch- Demonstrable experience in any programming or scripting languages.- Strong understanding of SDLC (Scrum, Agile etc.)- Proficiency in QA concepts and methodologies. Proficiency with test management, test planning etc.- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development industry.
Test Strategy and Planning:
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and define appropriate test scenarios.
Test Development and Execution:
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Execute manual test cases and analyze results.
• Set up, maintain, and operate test automation frameworks.
• Detect and report software defects using a bug tracking system, and work with the development team to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve them.
